HOW IT WORKS

You Sell. GrowHive Handles the Checkout.

Customers buy through GrowHive and pay securely at checkout. Your orders, sales and grower earnings are recorded within your GrowHive account, giving you one place to manage everything.

Customers purchase your produce through GrowHive and pay securely using the payment options available at checkout.

2. SALE RECORDED

Your Earnings Appear

Your sale and the amount due to you are recorded inside your GrowHive Grower Dashboard so you can keep track of what you've earned.

3. BUYER PROTECTION

Growers Keep Their Sale Value

GrowHive does not currently deduct a marketplace commission from your sale. A separate Buyer Protection Fee is paid by the customer at checkout.

4. WITHDRAW

Request Your Money

Once your eligible earnings become available, you can request a withdrawal directly through your GrowHive account.

You do not need to process customer card payments yourself. The customer pays through GrowHive.

How a Grower Sale Works

Growers currently receive the value of their produce together with the shipping or delivery charges due to them.

GrowHive's Buyer Protection Fee is charged separately to the customer during checkout and is not deducted from the grower's sale value.

The Buyer Pays the GrowHive Fee

GrowHive currently uses a Buyer Protection Fee rather than charging growers a marketplace commission.

The Buyer Protection Fee is added separately to the customer's order at checkout. It helps support the operation of the GrowHive marketplace and the customer support and protections provided when buying through GrowHive.

✓ The Buyer Protection Fee is not deducted from your grower earnings.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your Delivery Charges Stay With Your Order

Where shipping or delivery charges are due to the grower fulfilling the order, those charges are included when calculating the grower's earnings.

WITHDRAWING YOUR EARNINGS

Withdraw Through GrowHive

Once eligible funds become available, you can submit a withdrawal request from your Grower Dashboard using one of the payout methods supported by GrowHive.

Growers can request a payout once their available balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount of ÂĢ10.00.

Bank Transfer — ÂĢ0.50 Payout Fee Receive approved withdrawals directly to your nominated UK bank account. A ÂĢ0.50 payout fee is deducted from each bank withdrawal to cover the Stripe payout cost.
PayPal — 2% Payout Fee Withdrawals can be sent to your nominated PayPal account. A 2% withdrawal fee is deducted from the amount requested to cover the cost of the PayPal payout.
AVAILABLE BALANCE

When Funds Become Withdrawable

Grower earnings become eligible for withdrawal after the order has been marked as completed and the current 7-day withdrawal holding period has passed. Your Grower Dashboard will show when those funds move into your available balance.

REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS

What Happens if an Order Changes?

Cancellations, refunds, disputes, chargebacks or other payment adjustments can affect the amount available to withdraw or future grower earnings.

Growers are responsible for keeping their nominated payout details correct and up to date. Always check your bank or PayPal information carefully before requesting a withdrawal.
